In general, when someone wants to build in the village it is not very complicated unless it is some type of substantial construction like block.
If it is one of the usual homes, you will see the future homeowner accumulating posts, poles, thatch, and an amazingly broad assortment of other items considered to be possible building materials. The next decision step is to decide where to locate it. The more rural the area the more clouded definitive ownership of land becomes.
Building permits, inspections, government intervention, “we don’t need none of that stinking stuff”! If there is a problem, get 25 of your closest friends and they will pick it up and move it somewhere else. There are multiple pictures on the internet showing how this is done.
I have included some pictures of house construction in the village. This is the house of an aunt and uncle of one of the children.

Here are some additional pictures of other houses that have been made of other salvaged materials.

It is a very ingenious attitude when you have few financial resources and materials.
