One of the places I have stayed in the Philippines was down a dirt street from the main road. Every morning and evening a woman would have her four children at the pump bathing them. They would help each other get clean and then she would dry them and get them dressed.
She would often wash their clothes in the morning. I believe that they probably only had about two sets of clothes, as I would see them alternate outfits each day. I greatly admired her dedication to keeping her family clean and cared for the way that she did.
I didn’t have any pictures or video but Peter White on his YouTube page has a very similar situation that he has a video of that is taken in Cebu. It is not long and I’m sure you will enjoy it.
